Festival of the Trees

So Every year my family and I go to the festival of the trees it's such a fun experience and you get to see some pretty amazing Christmas Trees and even gingerbread house's. and you can just tell everyone around you is enjoying them as much as you are! and there is just something about the atmosphere around you that you just can't help but smile and enjoy every min of it even if there is a thousand people around you! we also have another tradition at this event usually me and my nephews will get what they call "elf wands" all they are is just sticks with pretty sparkly ribbons hanging off but we love them! and lets not forget the amazing cinnamon scones!!! they are just to die for! and I try not to think of how bad they really are for you! I just tell myself "hey it's the holidays!" I'm gonna regret it come January but I'm gonna enjoy every moment I have during this wonderful Christmas Season!! :)

Alright so I realize I'm kinda behind on Blogging but I'm gonna get caught up just wait and see! starting NOW!

So as Most of you know Harry Potter came out a few weeks ago and like everyone else I wanted to see it at midnight! but tickets were sold out and I was pretty sad for a day then I realized I could just go the following day!! which I did! and I got to go with my Best Friend Kelsi and two of the funnest guys we know! and just like normal girls we wanted to take pictures while we waited in line! which explains all the random pics! but overall we had fun! We Like Wizards! :)

Ok so I realize it's been forever since I've updated this wonderful blog of me! I promise I will do better! for Starters I'm gonna start with Halloween! now Halloween is probably one of my least favorite Holidays I don't exactly know why! maybe it's cause once I stopped trick or treating is just wasn't as exciting to me! but this year I tried to make the best of it! I went to 3 different Dances yes 3! now thats a lot of dancing and by the end of the weekend I was beat! and swore I would never go dancing again! and I still haven't! I guess I'm kinda whimpy and boring like that! but I did have fun! the only thing that is so sad is All three dances had pictures taken but I've only been able to find one dance picture! but keep in mind I have more pictures from the other dances I just haven't found them yet! so please enjoy what ya can! :)

Ok so I know I have been slacking on my blog and I promise to do better!Oh and YES!!! You Read Right!!! I went to the Amazing Brad Paisley concert that everyone is talking about!!! now our seats were on the lawn so they weren't as good as my BSB seats but it was Still amazing!! Brad is a great Performer! and he sounds just as good live as he does on the radio! pure Talent! not to mention writes all his own songs! he is a very romantic yet funny guy if he wasn't married and famous I would want to marry him! but then again who wouldn't!? even some of my guy friends that went with me said if they weren't "Men" they would definatly want to party with Brad! hahaha he sang all of his famous songs and not to mention cracked a couple jokes! he was just a great wonderful performer! :) he even walked to a little stage closer to all of us who were on the lawn he wanted to sing to the people in the back "cheap seats" as Brad put it haha Darious Rucker and Justin Moore opened for him! they were pretty good too! I got to go with some of the most fun people I know! which only made it ten times better !! it was such a great concert and Naturally I'm sad it's over :( but I've waited a long time to see Brad Paisley and Now I can finally say I have! and when people ask if he was good in concert you know I will say HECK YES!!! Pure Talent!! :)

Yuba Lake!!!

I've had many fun adventures this summer but this one has been my favorite! so less then a few weeks after I got back from Canada I got invited to go on a 3 day boating trip to Yuba Lake with some of my closest friends! and there is no way I'm missing out on a boating trip! anyone who knows me knows I love boating! and boating with friends! makes it a million times better!! so we packed up our gear and headed to Yuba where we spent 3 days in the sun Sleeping under the Stars, eating great food, playing fun games, wakeboarding and tubing! and much much more! we had about 20 people come and we had 2 boats and you can imagine with 20 people that we had some funny things happen and by the time the trip was over i'm pretty sure we were all dead! and sore and burned! haha but it was so worth it! if only it could have been a little bit longer! but it was a great way to end our summer!

O'Canada

So about a week or so ago My Family and I made a trip to Canada for My dad's high school Reunioun in good ole Cardston! now I have never been to Canada or Cardston but it was Fun to see my Dad's old stomping grounds even if the town was only a street long! haha :) we saw his high school and his old house and we saw him in the town parade plus we got to meet a couple of his old friends which was intresting ha we also had a chance to go to Yellowstone and even though we didn't see hardly any animals while we were there! it was still a fun experience! but my fav part of the trip was probably when we went to Waterton National park! in Canada it was such a cute gorgeous sight next to the lake and the cute town i felt like i was in a mini Switzerland! we didn't get to stay long but I still enjoyed what we had! over all the entire trip was fun! and plus it's always nice to get away for a while :)

Sliding Rock!!

so this Post is just the start of all the fun adventures that have happen and have yet to happen this Summer! today's adventure I went to this place in American Fork called the sliding rock with a few of my cousins! it was so much fun!! I've never done anything quite like it! first off you hike to this little cove that has a natural water slide! the rocks are smooth and it's almost like a real water slide except for the freezing cold water at the end of it!! haha but by the time you get there your so hot and sweaty that it feels so nice!!! it didn't even seem cold nothing like the freezing water I felt when I floated down the river last week! anyway it's a really cool place and whoever says Utah doesn't have cool stuff cause lies! cause we do! you just gotta find them! :)

Slip N Slide!

So about a week ago me and few friends heard about this Giant shaving Cream Slip n Slide they were gonna have at Rock Canyon Park in Provo! it sounded like so much FUN!! and I've always wanted to try it so I convinced them (rather easily) to go! but when we showed up we saw thosands of cars all parked a long the street! we had to walk quite a ways! and the crazyness didn't stop there when we walked to the top we saw about 4 giat slip n slides and and so many people!! and more kept coming after we got there! we were afraid we wouldn't get a turn but we did! but when you slid down you had to be quick to get up cause if not the thosands of people who were coming down straight after you would get taken out!! but of course our first time we weren't quick enough and like 7 people ran into the back of just me! haha so yes we did have a few bruises after and we even kept going down it was pretty exciting and I would totally do it again!! :)

Stadium of FIRE!!

Yes I went to yet another year of Stadium of Fire! this Time we had Carrie Underwood come! she has such an amazing singer! and a great performer! we also had the Osmond 2nd generation perform too before that Night I had heard of them but have never heard them sing but they were actually really good! definatly boy band material (in a way) they had a lot of other performances too which were just as good! Stadium is the Perfact way to start of your 4th of July! but the best part of all was of course the FIREWORKS!! they have always been my favorite part of Stadium of Fire! especially when your actually in the Stadium watching them The music is LOUD the Stadium is SHAKING and filled with SMOKE haha it doesn't sound glamorous but it really is a really cool experience! the only bad part was this year one of the Firework set ups tipped over on accident and shot some of the fireworks into the Audience!! it happen right infront of us! it was pretty scary luckily I don't think anyone got seriously hurt. but yet when it happen the people just put out the fire and continued to watch the fireworks as if nothing happen! shows how Patriotic some people can be! :) overall it was a great year! :)
