Mardi Gra 2011!! Utah Style! every Year UVU has it's own Mardi Gra event where They have Games and Food and shows and all sorts of Fun things to do! My friends and I all went last year and we loved it! and we almost had to miss it this year because we were suppose to be going to St George but Sadly the Weather prevented us from going! :( and Yes we were all very sad but Once Mardi Gra hit us we Cheered up pretty fast! and I'm sure we were secretly Glad we didn't have to miss such a Fun event! one of my favorite things they have at UVU Mardi Gra is the Hypnosis show if anyone has ever been to a hypnotist show you would understand why!! they are so entertaining and it's crazy what your mind can do when you under Hypnosis! last year I attempted to get hypnotized and it only lasted for a min! I guess I can't fully shut off my brain but this year I didn't even try but I kinda regret it! I've always thought it would be such a cool experience to get hypnotized but then again watching is probably way better! This year I even had a friend get Hypnotized which made it ten times more fun! and even though I didn't get to experience that I did get a ton of Mardi Gra beads!! (But not in the way your thinking!) I earned them by winning a bunch of different games they Had! Yep I was Mardi Gra Queen! ;)
